30000㎡ Liaoning Chemical Plant Wastewater Tank Reverse Membrane Cover Project Case
This is a large-scale industrial environmental protection membrane structure project completed by Kaifort (Weihai Kaifort Membrane Structure Engineering Co., Ltd) in Liaoning, China. The total construction area reaches 30,000 square meters, completed within 50 days. The project aims to solve wastewater tank opening emission problems, realize fully sealed waste gas recovery and meet strict environmental protection standards for chemical plants.
Project Difficulties
- Strong coastal wind load The Liaoning coastal area features high wind pressure. The ultra-large 30,000㎡ covering area brings high requirements for structural wind resistance and overall stability, increasing installation difficulty.
- Severe chemical corrosion environment The chemical plant sewage contains strong acid and alkali components. Ordinary materials are prone to rust, aging and damage, requiring overall anti-corrosion and acid-base resistant treatment for the whole structure and membrane surface.
Custom Construction Solution
According to local wind and snow load standards and harsh chemical working conditions, we adopted a professional anti-corrosion reverse membrane system:
- High-strength PVDF acid-base resistant special membrane material, anti-aging, anti-corrosion and fully sealed.
- Q235 steel frame with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment.
- All matching accessories are treated with acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
- Factory prefabrication + on-site segmented hoisting ensures fast and safe construction.
Project Finished Effect
The project has been fully completed and put into operation. The membrane surface is tight and flat with zero leakage. The whole wastewater tank is completely sealed. Waste gas and odor are effectively collected and recycled, thoroughly solving the problem of unorganized exhaust emission.
