This project is a high-quality landscape membrane structure project located in Zhejiang Wuyue Plaza, covering an area of 400 square meters, completed within 15 days. The project is designed to provide comfortable sunshade and rainproof rest space for tourists and citizens, while upgrading the overall landscape style of the commercial plaza.
Project Background
As a crowded public commercial plaza, the open outdoor area lacked effective shading facilities. The client needed a modern, beautiful and durable sunshade system that integrates practical function and landscape effect.
Project Difficulties
The plaza has large pedestrian flow, requiring fast and efficient construction with minimal disturbance. Meanwhile, the whole steel structure must be designed strictly according to local wind and snow load standards to ensure long-term outdoor safety.
Project Solution
KAIFORT adopted PVDF1250 high-strength membrane material and standard Q235 steel frame for this landscape canopy. All steel components and membrane materials are prefabricated in the factory, and assembled and hoisted on site in sections.
This prefabricated construction method greatly shortens the construction cycle and ensures structural stability, wind resistance and overall safety.
